Overview#
This Privacy Policy applies to all applications published by Osama Hasan (the “apps”). We practice privacy by design: the apps are built so that personal data is never collected in the first place, rather than collected and later protected.
There is no account to create, no sign-up form, and no profile. Because we operate a zero-data-collection policy, we have nothing to sell, rent, or share — and no server holding your information.
Information We Do Not Collect#
To be completely transparent, here is what never happens when you use the apps:
- No personal information (name, email, address, phone number) is gathered
- No device information or identifiers (device model, advertising ID) are collected
- No location data is accessed or inferred
- No usage analytics are recorded
- No data is stored on our servers or on your device
Analytics & Tracking#
The apps do not use any analytics services, tracking tools, or monitoring systems. We do not:
- Use Google Analytics or any similar service
- Implement tracking pixels or cookies
- Monitor user interactions or app usage
- Create advertising or fingerprinting profiles
Third-Party Services#
The apps are fully self-contained and integrate with no third-party services. We do not:
- Connect to external APIs or backend services
- Include third-party libraries that collect data
- Integrate with social media platforms
- Use advertising networks or monetization SDKs
Because there are no third parties involved, no information about you can be shared with anyone — there is simply nothing to share.
Permissions & Device Access#
The apps do not request access to sensitive device data such as contacts, photos, microphone, or location. If a future update ever requires a permission to deliver a specific feature, the app will clearly explain why before asking — and any data handled under that permission will stay on your device.
Data Storage & Security#
Since no personal data is collected, there is no database, no cloud storage, and no backup containing your information — nothing to leak, breach, or misuse. The apps work entirely on your device and never transmit data over the network.
Children's Privacy#
The apps do not knowingly collect any information from anyone — including children under 13 (and under 16 in the EEA/UK). Because no data is collected at all, the apps are safe for users of all ages by design, in line with COPPA and GDPR-K expectations.
Your Privacy Rights#
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — including the rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to opt out of its sale or sharing.
Under our zero-collection policy there is no personal data to act on. If you ever believe we hold information about you, or you have any privacy concern, contact us and we will respond promptly.
Changes to This Policy#
If we ever update this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Any material change — for example, introducing data collection — will be clearly highlighted and, where required, announced in the app before it takes effect.
